Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninflated, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How Our Return Process Works

  1. Contact us through our "Contact Us" page to initiate a return. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  2. Our team will ask you to provide photos of the item and, in some cases, a video. Video documentation is sometimes required by our manufacturers as part of the investigation process.
  3. Our team will review your submission and investigate the issue. We will notify you whether your return has been accepted or denied.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning the item for personal reasons (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping is at your expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We also cannot accept returns if the total value of the items purchased exceeds $200 USD.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninflated, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrong Information

We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
